Not only did they pick up and come help resolve the issue as soon as they could, they were so communicative. I was also extremely impressed by the fact that when we needed a part, they were already prepared with a spare in the truck. Vlad has listened and talked me through troubleshooting several times on the phone, and he is quick to come to a resolution to improve the fireplace ASAP. It is very clear that this company cares a great deal about their clients and the quality of their work.
